In Milan, Italy it is a legal requirement to smile all the time (only exception is hospital and funerals). Even while paying taxes.
Seriously, I don’t mind old ridiculous laws.. it’s the new ridiculous ones we have coming that are the problem.
The problem is not with the stupid laws, are just words on a paper.
The problem is with those people obeying them...
