I like it. I bought it as an additional wallet as I didn't want to hold too much BTC on one hardware wallet.
My only critique is the scrolling lever seems flimsy to me. Hopefully won't break as only use the device once a week. I guess you get what you pay for.
Overall very happy with it.
Plus I bought it mostly with a gift card purchased at the Bitcoin Company and got 11,268 sats back. Not bad for a product I wanted to buy anyways.

Appreciate your comment! I agree, it's a quite good hardware wallet, possibly my favorite – I find it also to be much more user-friendly compared to numerous other wallets out there. As for the wheel, I can't say for sure; personally, it seems to be well-constructed (perhaps I have a more recent version). Although I haven't attempted it, the process of opening the entire device and potentially examining or replacing internal components appears relatively straightforward. Tasks such as swapping out the battery or the wheel seem quite feasible.

I have a few hardware wallets, mainly for testing and to spread the risk by the way. But if you really believe in mathematics, as long as you use it correctly, you only need one wallet. Too many wallets will increase the risk and make seed loss more likely. People's memory is unreliable, and it is easy to forget various passwords and even the location where items are stored. Multiple wallets don't make much sense if they all use the same password and are kept in the same location.

I hear you. I have thought about keeping the Jade as a secondary wallet that I use to keep my kids bitcoin on it. I thought about getting a second one so I have one each for my kids and then just give it to them when they get older.

The implementation from Bip85 could be better solved. If your number is more than 2000 it horrible , you have to scroll to death.
