yep unfortunately that's the case. really missing Bitrefill's bill pay offerings at the moment.

I think that Bitrefill asked for full KYC.

You might be right, it's been a while since I created an account. I did think that at least some of their services like their gift cards didn't need KYC right? But maybe bill pay required it?
