Somewhat. I think we should figure out p2pool, to eventually make centralized pools obsolete.

No. I suspect it owns the shares as part of a balanced / algorithm based portfolio and shares in publicly listed companies can be bought by anyone.
They have limited voting rights…. at the moment. Certainly worth watching how this progresses though.

It's a concern, to be sure - where's the latest news on that? Also, to save me looking (sorry not sorry) is that limited to American mining companies?
