Probably, but not soon. Would be surprised if it happens before Q1 24.
But most importantly, all this ETF buzz is overhyped, and even if SEC does approve them, it's not necessarily good news.
If Bitcoin need ETF to succeed, it simply means that Bitcoin is failing ("people's money", remember?).

Eventually, but not until a crypto bill hits the Senate floor (this includes stablecoins). The SEC and CFTC also need to stop fighting and figure out oversight for custodian and sub-custodians. Also who are the AP's? Mostly the approval hype is based on misleading Youtube and bitcoin Twitter bullshit. An approval will come, but not in the short timeframe the NgU junkies masquerading as responsible money advocates are shilling. JMHO.
