Haha. A guy at my work bought an absolute horde of Ethereum about a year ago. I tried telling him otherwise but he was convinced by some motley fool articles that bitcoin was too expensive and didn't "do" enough things to be the future.

Used to be me, hanging on to some ETH, almost for sentimental reasons. It has more soy-devs, but it's such a clique-controlled submissive shitcoin and mother asshole of other shitcoins.
I no longer hedge against Bitcoin with any crypto-shitcoins.
I understand. For me it is bet on different core tech which i hope will never win. Yet it has too big of an ecosystem to pretend it doesnt exist and it might find the product market fit. It is no longer double digit shitcoin.
