Yes, Bitcoin is truly unconfiscatable if the user is doing well the self custody.
There are many methods for doing that, but yes, the most hard part is in user's mind to TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR OWN ACTIONS.
Bitcoin's weak point is exactly in giving away the custody of your keys.
