I am sure everyone is looking forward to the first Sunday slate of NFL games tomorrow and we will have much to discuss both NFL and pool related next week, so I am going to switch gears to baseball for today.
There are around 20 or so games left in the baseball season. Most of the division races are pretty much done, besides the AL West and maybe NL central. But there are very exciting Wildcard races brewing in both the NL and AL.
In the AL the Rays, Mariners and Blue Jays currently hold the wildcards but the Rangers are very close (within 1.5 games). In the NL the Phillies, Cubs and Diamondbacks current hold the wildcards but the Marlins, Reds and Giants are all in striking distance (within 2.5 games).
Shill me which team or teams that are currently on the outside of the playoff picture will be playing postseason baseball.
Sats for all.
Cheers, GR
Mets suck so no Marlins or Giants...go Reds?

I would love to see the Reds make it. I don't think they have the pitching to get there though.

Pffff who needs pitching when you have Joey Votto
reply
Toronto's own. Richview Collegiate Institute. Had friends that went there. A few years before Joey though.

No one likes baseball pal. Give it up.
May need an nfl survivor takeover of the meta takeover.
I'm the captain now.
reply
Only smart people like baseball.
Don't sing it bring it.
