I've been trying to find a way to track what's currently happening in Bitcoin: which BIPs are being created, merged, or rejected, what's the status of the new features and the versions, etc.

So far, I've only found the dev mailing list and the Bitcoin GitHub, which is detailed for sure, but has far too much info for a high-level overview I'm looking for.
