Even if I'm working in strictly bitcoin denominated work, it's hard to understand how i'm not taking advantage of arbitrage between my work-hour value here vs. my work-hour value in some less developed economy. i.e. if i spend 4 hours shoveling dirt in NYC, my rate of pay is higher than if i were in some backwoods.

Anyway, i've been thinking about it a fair bit as I think about absconding from a first world location to a less expensive location in a different country... and the relative "fairness" of the stack i'm able to accrue before leaving.
