Agreed probably best doing them at the end - you don’t want to fatigue your core before doing some of those compound moves as it’s important for maintaining good form (ie the squats / press ups etc)
Ah, didn't think of that when I said "do more of them at the end", ha
Or it was intuition? ;)
Thanks for the tips! Much appreciated.
You are welcome! Keep at it.

I already feel that it's harder to not go than to go :) Using the saloon as a personal accountability as @orthwyrm said here seems to really work for me.
I also can tell that my sleep improved by a lot (I got up before the alarm today). I also go to bed earlier since I know that I must go outside and be back around 12pm. So I can't stay up too late. I kind of want to go to bed early so I can get up early so I can be back early so I can continue working on SN in a refreshed state, lol

I am also looking forward to going outside tomorrow :)
I think I'll take the train to outskirts of the city I haven't been to yet. And then walk back from there for 1-2h.
I also really like that I can say that I already exercised and my day hasn't even really started yet. Surprisingly, you have more energy for the rest of the day.
I still know too well how bad it feels when all you did during a day was to sedate yourself with YouTube or other mindless stuff. Then you also have nothing to dream about.

People almost don’t want to believe how important sleep is to improving quality of life, health and wellness, and that’s why we ‘cheat’ it. Find the best number of hours for you and stick to them - it pays dividends.
