You should try doing it too, with your local community. Organize a telegram group or even a local meetup. You can use my guides too or take them and translate or modify as you wish in your own website or substack. All are free and I do not waive any rights on them. Bitcoin education must be free, forever.

Indeed locals shops owners are hard to onboard, there are a lot of implications for them. You have to listen them and try to find the best niche where btc is needed for them.
