I'm loving the progress you're making. You started inspiring me to get off my ass and start stretching at least in the mornings. Get the blood circulating again ;)
Yeah, I think my initial idea was just to fix my sleeping schedule lol. Then I thought let's combine it with exercise!
But I want to get up as early as possible. My goal is something like 6AM. But need to do small steps as I noticed with my attempt to get up at 7:30AM a few days ago - again.
Mornings have a really nice feel. I am so much more productive in the morning. I just need to get up, lol
