I spend my sats and lits all the time, in every opportunity I have, and I replenish them all the time as well.

I'll be doing that as long as I have any fiat income, regardless of the price. Most of the times I spend sats or lits that I bought earlier much cheaper than they are when I spend them, so the operation of spend and replenish is net positive. :-)
