Coinbase mentioned about Satoshi Nakamoto identity as a risk factor in their documents for SEC filling to go public on Nasdaq.
So there you have it. it could happen. do they know something nobody else knows? maybe not, but they know there is a risk of the identity to be revealed or the associated coins to be moved.
