first, define privacy.
Nowadays, I think many people are using this word but don't really know its meaning.
If you really want 100% privacy.. then don't use internet at all. Simple and clear.

Of course. Everything is a spectrum. I don't speak in absolutes. I speak in what is MOST.
Most private. Most decentralized etc.
I said which is BEST at being private. With considerations of data management, encryption methods and transmission.
