Lol if this was on Linkedin he would have been humbled and honoured to have saved them all that money and talk about the benefits of being a team player, I'm sure everyone who has worked at a large company would know how inefficient it can be and how difficult it is to change things, management is stuck in their ways, have reached their limit on what they can contribute but need to stay there for the salary
