jitsi is the #1 alternative to zoom/skype
alternatively, nextcloud talk, or matrix v2
None of these use nostr and all of them require an "account"
Jitsi doesn't require an account (unless you're using their hosted version, in which case you can't blame them as there is a cost to running a server)
