We are planning to organice a BTC Meetup once a month, but we can not find a venue for free so, we will be renting a space by the hour.

We have done that already. It is not the best place to do a presentation.
The plan is to be able to show a powerpoint presentation on a screen, make some workshops as receiving and sending test sats, etc.
Most of the restaurants are a little bit too noisy.
