This is funny and it doesn't matter in the end but I don't think this is an actual quote. Not that I can't believe Ramsey would say this. It sounds like him.
Dave isn't dumb but also he isn't humble enough to question his ignorance about cryptography and economics. He's done very well in the fiat world and he has helped many economically illiterate people get out of debt. His stance on bitcoin will not age well but he's in good company.
It is very entertaining to watch.

Here's another video. Now they don't mention bitcoin only crypto, so this might have been good advice. But, he still clearly doesn't get how it works. At least its not evident from what he says. You could throw a rock at a random pleb on SN and they could tell you the problems with FTX/SBF but this is what you get from Ramsey.
