SN Bug: The 'reply' link on comments should open upon releasing mouse button

Currently it opens when pushing the button.
The reason I am requesting this change: when browsing on a mobile device and scrolling on the comments list, if the finger happens to touch the 'reply' text, the reply window will open instead of just scrolling the page. It becomes quite annoying.
To replicate: go to any post page and try to scroll the page placing your finger just above any 'reply' link on the comments.
Please change this 🙏.

Thanks for reporting! It forced me to rewrite quote reply logic but that was more fragile than we thought initially anyway.
