I know The 100 as a sci-fi TV series, but it's adapted from a series of novels that I haven't read.
Brief synopsis: Humanity has been living in space for multiple generations while the Earth recovers from nuclear war. It's an extreme scarcity authoritarian society. A bunch of juvenile offenders get sent down to Earth to see if it's survivable.
It's a strong recommend from me.
I enjoyed that show but couldn't get into the last couple seasons.

I agree. They definitely jumped the shark and the finale was terrible.

I'll give it a go. For some reason I can't seem to embrace sci-fi. I have tried a few times. I think I'm unusual in that respect in the bitcoin world.

The sci-fi premises are done pretty well in the show, but it really delves into how societies adapt to different extreme scenarios. Oftentimes, it's more in the post-apocalyptic genre than sci-fi.

I am a sucker for post apocalyptic stuff

Then I think you'll like it. They do a good job of exploring several different post-apocalyptic outcomes. The execution doesn't always match the set-up, but that's most tv.
