Ingredients:
2 oz (60 ml) bourbon 8-10 fresh mint leaves 1 tsp sugar Crushed ice Mint sprig for garnish
Instructions:
Place mint leaves and sugar in a highball glass or silver cup. Add a small amount of bourbon and gently muddle the mint leaves to release the flavor. Fill the glass with crushed ice. Pour the remaining bourbon over the ice. Stir gently to combine the ingredients. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint. Serve immediately and enjoy!
