XRPs consensus mechanism is based on trust of few validators. It's centralized.

Hmm, surely this is some coin "laundering"? Not sure how transparent AntPool is with their miners but if anyone who mines with them confirms that they didn't get a share of that, that would kinda point out that there was a deal behind the scenes.

You send the tx privately to the pool manager, they put it in the block template they send to their miners. The tx never enters mempool and just immediately appears in a block.
