They do charge 0.4% for every send. I find it a bit expensive, but it works very well.

They charge 1k sats when you first open a channel, and after that only charge mining fees if channel management is required. I think that's pretty reasonable.

Thanks for your comment. As I said in another reply, I have only installed Phoenix but I have not yet decided to fill the sats channel, when I do I will tell you. So far what I have heard from other Bitcoiners is that yes, it works very well, although sometimes to open the channels the fees are somewhat high.
