The internet will disappear, i dont know when but its just a matter of time. The path forward as far as i can see is forming or joining smaller IRL communities that are self sufficient. I am more int the debate of cucumbers or not cucumbers in a sandwich, It was a surprise when I travel to Germany and "every" sandwich has cucumbers :S... not pickles... raw cucumbers. In my country there is a no way hahaha.
Cucumber is the best vegetable. It's so fresh, so crispy, so... perfect. Me and my partner almost eat 1 cucumber daily, it's insane really.

The secret ingredient is the dark Chinese vinegar which imho is to die for, especially when blended with the sesame seed oil.
The chinese black vinegar is a bit special though, my partner is not that into it so I simply pour extra on my serving😅

Was thinking it’d be great to send a few sats in a fun way to share my gratitude.
Know it’s not even December yet, but perhaps we can have some sort of Satoshi Santa for each day of December. No idea what that could involve, but conceptually like an advent calendar to ‘unlock your chocs’ in a super basic format. Any thoughts or volunteers?

In South Africa, people are buying goods with their Bitcoin at Pick n Pay, one of the leading retailers in the country. Bitcoin has the potential to save lives especially in a country where unemployment amongst the youth is skyrocketing.

Good suggestion buddy. My only concern is buying goods weekly with my sats when I know my sats are priceless. I would much rather buy goods with my government issued currency that's losing value at an unprecedented rate. I'm torn now, because it always hurt me to my core whenever I spend my sats. Lol.

That's the problem with being into Bitcoin for so long. I struggle to spend it on stuff I can buy with fiat because I know my Bitcoin is worth more than its monetary value. I don't mind spending on SN because this is a circular economy. What I spend will eventually find its way back to me. I have to program my brain to see the value in spending my Bitcoin.

Wrong... Don't keep using that fiat mentality. using every day bitcoin as money is what is making it stronger. Just by circulating more sats than fiat, it makes fiat worthless.
Earn in sats, spend in sats, hold in sats. This is the way!
If you can't grasp this idea... then Bitcoin is not for you.

Need to see better filtering or (micro) satoshis to post and appear on global feeds. Or even to publish on relays at all.
Twitter & others will attempt to resolve bots with ID, social incentives.
Nostr will do it with money & financial incentives.
