What? But who is printing them? Don't tell me it's the ECB in the end
The zero euro note exists, it is real and recognized by the European Central Bank (ECB), but it cannot be used to buy anything. Created in the German city of Kiel as a tourist attraction, it received authorization from the ECB in 2017 for a first issue of 5,000 copies, according to the website ‘El Economista’.
It costs 2.5 euros and can be ordered on the website. It is an icon among collectors.

I have some, and I'm not selling them for less than 10 euros.
I've already been offered 5 :)

Only 5000 copies , i'm sure people will pay more than 10 euros for that
reply
Only 5000 were issued in the first release in 2017. There must have been more issued since then.
