I was hoping I only had to select one team in the QF. Haha.

That was my plan, just one team per round. I guess I wasn't perfectly clear about that, so we could do two picks for QF. That might help shake some people loose. I don't really want people to lose just because they ran out of teams, though.

Did anyone get eliminated tonight? How many players are left?
reply
No eliminations. No strikes. We have the same six as the past couple weeks.
I think Lakers/Suns will be one of the games, because the Suns somehow have clinched the wildcard despite several places still being undecided and the Lakers have a crazy lead on point differential.
That's nice for me, because I've already picked both of them.

I also used both the Suns and Lakers. Looks like the last spot comes down to this Warriors/Kings game.

I'm looking at our remaining teams and rounds. Everyone has at least four teams, but we all have Sac and NO. Since only one of them will advance, it's more like we have three teams left each.
I think it will be better to stick with the original plan and just make one pick from the QF. I'm expecting our sets of remaining teams to collapse pretty quickly.
What do you think?
reply
Yes original plan is better. My plan was to try and lose one of the QF games to keep a team if we had to pick 2.

Ok, I'll put the post up soon. I had the same plan, which is an interesting dynamic, but it looked like there was a high possibility of everyone just running out of teams. I think it's still an interesting strategic situation for most of us.
