Bitcoin ATMs are not allowed. I used them extensively when they were available. Regulation removed them all.

None of govs have power over your own money. They do not have any jurisdiction over your own money.
This is where many people fall into their trap, thinking that they have power.
Govs can only say something about legal tender. Read again what I said in the guide.

next year there will be MiCAR so it should be the same for everybody in the EU.
