I had the pleasure to meet @peruvian_bull the author of The dollar endgame which I highly recommend you guys read, and he is as articulate speaker as he is on his writings. I believe he now publishes a few things here, but he still believes X aka twatter is the real agora for his macro and bitcoin musings. Today I read this
and I really liked the reference to Borges. We created a projection of reality and now we're trapped in it.
Please show the man the power of zaps and how good content is better rewarded directly by readers in places like SN or Nostr where the real thing is going. So please, against his wishes, don't follow him on twitter and bring him here by the power of sats.
P.S: I've been trying to quit twatter, but I'm having the same problem as with whatsapp. I just want my friends and the good reads to be private and decentralized, is that too much to ask?
It was great to meet you as well!
I have nostr and post there but my goal is to orange pill traditional finance minds into Bitcoin, and Twatter is currently the best way to do that, so i am still active there

I understand the sentiment of seeking decentralized and private spaces for discussions and content consumption. Platforms like Stacker News and Nostr prioritize community-driven engagement and reward quality content directly. Transitioning away from centralized platforms can provide more control over your interactions and content consumption while supporting decentralized ecosystems.

Thanks for sharing that joining of dots. Reminded me I need to try to read Baudrillard.
