hey @k00b, i started getting an error today when i log in with lightning. i can obviously still successfully log in, but when i go to paste the data in phoenix i get the message "this data uses an unknown format and cannot be processed." should i be worried? i don't currently have a secondary log in method
Which Phoenix version are you using?
I am also using Phoenix for login and it works fine. But I am using legacy mode.

That was their response when I asked if it's okay if I write them if a stacker has a problem with their Phoenix wallet and it might also be in their interests to respond on SN - or at least let me forward their response :)
And it will be 2 months in 10 days, so I can't do this again currently, haha

So I have been researching health and diet. And made some changes in my life. And that is actually empowering. Losing weight, looking better, feeling better. There seems to be no real downside.

Would like the ability to mute comments. Some people take the opportunity to have their daily conversations under other people's comments and it blows up notifications. I've had SN notifications turned off because of no ability to control this.
We have an issue open for unsubscribing from branches of child comments arbitrarily. Until then the notifications settings sledgehammer is what we've got.
I have the same request, despite possibly being one of the culprits mentioned.

I had to disable those notifications a few days after I started really using SN. I know I'll miss some important notifications, but I couldn't keep up. This way, I make sure I'm notified when someone replies to me directly, and then I can read all the replies when I have time.

I know I don't have the time for my own territory. It would be nice but its not very smart creating something you won't manage. That's just a bad look and annoying. I just hope those who create their own territories understand that it takes a ton of work managing it.
It may be a mistake to give maintainer/creater of territory portion of sats generated there.
It is a good incentive but there will always be those who abuse the system. At least the community will gravitate towards good territories that are managed well. My territory for now is the Saloon. ;)

Enjoy whatever down time you can. Re territories, I was really excited about them. Then I made that post of my daughter's gecko and realized what a mess would be made of the home sub. If you notice, I asked for a mute sub option in meta almost immediately!
I'm torn. I have faith in Keyan and I think he's thought it through. Whatever form it ultimately takes should protect the experience of those only interested in talking about bitcoin.
On the other hand, we're here to disrupt the status quo. Massive change is usually messy. Having weird territories all fueled and rewarded by bitcoin is exciting. Right now it's chaotic, but I imagine it gets sorted out. I for one got a lot of pleasure from the Stacker News of even a few months ago. It was a cozy space where I could share my thoughts with people I like. But, if bitcoin is going to tear down walls I can't expect my little space to stay the same.
