Communicating with a particularly adversarial and argumentative acquaintance, which would spin me up on deep rabbit holes of arguing about absurd conspiracy theories. And now that I say this, what I think happened is that his phone number changed so we just stopped signaling... and now I'm probably going to go down some rabbit holes again. HAHA.

And for anyone who thinks that sounds insane, I've been posting (and will continue to post) lots of scientific presentations in ~health that lay the case for why this is indeed the optimal human diet.

Did you follow any diet before starting on this diet?

Nothing strict, but I was ~80% plant-based for my entire life up til the last couple years; grew up in a strongly left-leaning household so that was just what I was raised on.
Beginning of this year I tested out meat/fruit only for first 6 months, felt great.
September, cut out the fruit and went meat-only, and felt even better.

stop living in a big city
now I eat better food, drink cleaner water, and be surrounded by beauty and nature instead of busy walking deads and traffic, and have more time and a peaceful mind to learn:)

Stopped sleeping on my stomach. Wim Hof breathing before bed, helped me.

Stopped being wuss and started ice swimming once a week (usually on Friday after work). This really helps to forget all the stresses and hassles of fiat world not to mention the physical health benefits.
