Do you mind sharing what exercises you are doing?

Not at all.

Up until today, I was just doing a routine transitioning from sit-up -> squat -> calf raise -> push-up -> squat -> calf raise -> repeat; followed by some warm-up movements and stretching.

Today, I did some stance work as well: horse -> bow -> horse -> dragon -> switch sides and repeat.

It's a really light warm up routine that I like starting the day with.
