I used to begin my day on SN by reviewing, zapping and responding to my notifications. Then I would do the daily sports post before perusing the rest of the content on SN. I still begin with my notifications, but now I get the pleasure of checking what you guys have posted in the territory and interacting with it before working on my own post. That's pretty cool. Territories are a bit of a wild west right now but I still think they will add great value to SN. That's my long winded way of saying thanks for posting and keep it coming.
Speaking of stacker sports posts, @ebeddor had an interesting post about miserable fanbases. Check it out and have your say at which fanbase is the most long suffering. #350466. I offered up Oakland losing all their teams within a span of 5 years as pretty miserable.
Apparently the Dodgers are working on a trade for Tyler Glasnow and Manuel Margot from the Rays. As much as I want to see some action in the MLB free agent/trade market, could we get some teams other than the Dodgers involved?
Speaking of trades. When can we start discussing way too early NBA trade deadline ideas? Because I need the Raptors to actually pivot this year. Apparently having a roster almost solely comprised of the exact same style player is not a good idea after all.
Recently I did a poll regarding what sports stackers would like to see more discussion around and not surprisingly soccer was the winner. Just throwing this out there, if anyone wants to do a weekly soccer post or knows a big soccer fan on SN who might like to post let me know. I don't think I am the man for the job but I will happily compensate someone who is passionate about soccer and wants to post with many zaps.
For MMA fans out there. I am going to do a pick 'em contest for UFC 296 this Saturday. That post will be up shortly.
Sats for all, GR

Getting wind online about both Siakam and Anunoby being pursued by the Hawks, Kings, and Pacers as their contracts are coming to an end soon. Adding Anunoby to the Pacers could look interesting, as he can help their defense and he is also a solid piece in offense playing along side Haliburton.
reply
That would be interesting for the Pacers. They score a ton, the D help would be huge for them.
reply
What would the Raps be hoping to get back from those teams?
reply
OG is a tough one because his value is high but once you trade him you are immediately looking for a 3 and D guy. You can probably get a guy who is better on the 3 side but probably not the D side so you would need to get someone who fits that profile or has the potential to grow into that player and more or why bother.
reply
Given Toronto's abundance of athletic, defensive wings, would it be worth trading OG for an elite 3-point shooter, even if that player is a minus defender? I'm thinking about guys like Hield, Bogdonovic, and Huerter.
reply
Agreed. They have pretty good defense even without OG. They need shooting. 18% 3s the other night vs the Hornets was just sad. The Pacers have so many good shooters, it doesn't hurt them much to trade away one to get back a good defensive player.
Or get a legit starting center. Poeltl and Achiuwa are not good enough, they can't score and can't control the boards. They need a center that can score and/or control the boards; basically own the zone. Don't think Pacers have someone like that though, Turner can score but his rebounding is questionable. Not like the Pacers will trade Turner away anyways...
reply
I don't know if anyone's going to want to part with a better center than Poetl. Is Vucevic the best center available right now?
reply
Vucevic would be a nice upgrade, but don't know what the Bulls want in return. The Bulls probably don't know what they want themselves...
66-64 Hawks at halftime. Raps need to step up the D in the second half. I don't see them winning a shoot out.
reply
Very nice second half. Great game by Pascal.
I think that would make sense as the centrepiece of a deal.
reply
May as well start the NBA trade talk now. What's a trade that puts the Raptors over the top?
I'm most interested in where Caruso is going. If any contender manages to get him, that could dramatically change the playoff landscape.
reply
Not sure. I think it is time for the Raps to re-tool. I like Siakam but maybe time to move on if they are building around Barnes. Also Siakam is playing really well this year so his trade value is probably quite high right now.
reply
OG seems to be getting the most interest, at least from the basketball stuff I listen to.

GR, you fancy doing a SN stacker sports fantasy league next year? Could be redraft or dynasty. And I guess you could do multiple sports depending on what people want. But yeah... You fancy doing that? If you wanted a hand with general admin of it I'd happily co-commish an NFL league.
Not sure which platform you'd want to use, my usuals are ESPN or Sleeper, sleeper I find better for dynasty because of it's taxi squad support. But ESPN seems to be a favourite for redraft.

So it was intended a little as. Is this something you would be interested in leading? As I wouldn't know where to begin on NHL or NBA or MLB. But I'd be happy to chip in with generic admin stuff if you're handling multiple leagues.
Big props for a Brucey gif absolute national treasure.
