Hard part is keeping it. Your only hope is to zap heavy and zap often. The frontier is harsh but hold onto your hat and you will weather it just fine partner.

How do you know how much and often to zap. is it a set number of zaps, or amount, or what is the algorithm?

Zap 100 says daily:

If you set your zap to 100+, you will keep it by just zapping at least 1 thing/day.
