I was coming off a bit harsh. Just was thinking as someone who would want to use bitcoin might think twice cause of seeing this. Do agree though it does help atleast put save now vs spend now in your mind.

Its just a visualization of consumerism. There’s indeed a lot of useless shit represented at this website. I don’t think the authors meant to convince you to live in a hole and hunt for living.

I hate sites like these cause makes people want to spend btc less. I understand if you goal is long term. But if you want to spend it 1 sat is 1sat not 1 sat = x usd. Plus I am always replacing what I spend.
