Is this just a data collection outage or did the network go down briefly?
it looks like leading up to this, the node count was erratic. Does anyone know why mempool.space reports the capacity at this level on July 20th, 2023?

I'd guess a data collection outage
that's what I would guess, but why not smooth out the data then with the average of the two days on either side--or at least put an errata note that it's not accurate... makes it look like the network collapsed for a day.
