3x60 DB walking lunges. 3x12 RDL // 3x20 goblet squats 3x30 BB Squat 3x50 hip thrusts. 3x15 DB RDL superslow 5sec descent 5sec ascent.
I am dead.
Just to clarify. None of that's a typo, those are indeed the rep ranges I was working in... And I am beat.
