One hack is to upvote posts ranked below any post you wish to see torpedoed.
It may take a handful of people with decent trust in the WoT to obtain the desired results, but currently, there's few who upvote and thus manipulating a post's rank is easy.

Yeah I have been seeing @loveisbitcoin shilling their own Twitter account and it's annoying as fuck
