Personally, I am going to make time in 2024 to write about my experiences with setting up and maintaining a fleet of Nix machines.

Starting to have a lot of links and notes that need to be collated into a coherent practical knowledge base. 😉

Very cool. I'm a novice as well, but i'm looking to run bare bones nix on a desktop and two laptops, have some flakes on github, some config files saved in a hard drive somewhere.

Here’s a different technique for installing packages on a Mac! (Using home-manager).

I like Julia’s approach since it nicely walks thru a new flake setup, this is just a quick way to install packages 📦 with another tool.
