Kris De Decker is great, he thinks for himself and has been at this for a long time. I'm sure there may be others but he was the first I came across with a solar powered website.

Periodically I look at Harbor freight advertisements at see their “cheap” panel and converter.
Always wondered with the right amount of sun if a quick setup would be helpful to have “green” energy plus a small emergency backup.
