I think the "territory protocol" separates content producers from territory owners in a very blunt way. And, there are basically no controls/options/decisions/hooks for the territory owner to make it less blunt. Absent tools, config, plus a material stream of sats, I think we're quite early in the long list of cool things to try.
From the owner perspective, what seem like the biggest value adds?

Do you mean what would be the biggest value add to owners? Assuming so...
I think the biggest value-add as an owner would be programmatic access, interaction, hooks & call-backs. It would be nice to interact with all the objects, create new ones, and extract data programmatically. And then also configure behavior of certain features on SN based on context or history.
