IS TO STOP WITHHOLDING INCOME TAXES FROM THEIR PAYCHECKS.
I just made a quick post about this on ~libertarian that you can see here. I may make similar posts in the future.
99.9% of Americans have not read one word within the US tax code, including your HR reps or (likely also) their lawyers. I have personally talked to a Bitcoiner tax attorney that was unaware of this (and more). There may be attorneys out there that do understand it, but their livelihoods depend on it and they've spent years building their practice on it. Do you think they would give that up?
It's time for Americans to Make Reading Laws Great Again so you can understand that you can safely exit the system.

Dude, great post. Nobody understands taxes and seize up when you even start to talk about it.

The IRS is good at making an example of certain people to scare the rest into thinking they're some big monster, when they're not.
People need to take some personal responsibility and free themselves by reading.

I remember seeing this guy at a crypto conference and he talked about he hadn't paid taxes in years. he didn't spend a lot of time talking about the ongoing lawsuit the IRS has against him. safely is an extremely irresponsible word to use on these matters.

Lawsuit =/= conviction and criminality requires intent.
As far as his lawsuit is concerned, it depends on what exactly he was doing, what he believes to be true, etc.
The IRS also likes to use parts of lawsuits to scare you when in reality, some don't even get far past the complaint.
You can also sue the IRS Agent personally for misapplying statutes to you, and do it in a court where he has no friends.
The IRS isn't the boogeyman they're made out to be.

A complaint is burdensome to most people, and would hinder their livelihoods regardless of the legality or legitimacy of government actions.

Liberty requires vigilance and awareness. If you want to continue being a tax slave, that's your choice. However, many times, these things can be handled outside of court. Sometimes, an informative letter to the agent is all that may be required.

Not everyone has resources to achieve awareness.
