My best guess is they aren't prepared for the volume of traffic and their web services are crapping out.

Currently, at the SEC, one of two options:
  1. everyone is running around like chickens with their heads cut off.
  2. everyone is laughing at all the noise and mayhem they caused.
Then there is the slight possibility it is a little of both. Either way it is a complete shitshow.
