- Proton needs Tor: https://protonvpn.com/support/does-protonvpn-work-in-china/ (but might be worth exploring Stealth mode)

Anyone know the best VPN for China? I tried proton, nord and express VPN but they all didn't work. Astrill works in China, but I'm not sure if they're just CCP permissioned.
