- I juice vegetables for micro nutrients and minerals. (Carrots, greens, beetroot, céleri etc)
- Vitamin D3, not as much as I'd like though, for general health and immune system
- Liver and fatty meat
- Fermented food (kefir, kombucha, kimchi) for a healthy gut.
