haha, and these are some of the things that I do, simple but it seems helpful - as in I don't get sick often, maybe once or twice in a year, but then I would just sleep and drink hot tea with honey for it.
less stress
sleep well
stay peaceful
more sun
honey replaces sugar
drink more water
eat fresh food
avoid alcohol
whenever don't feel well, just sleep!
