Yah, seems the payment part is Bitcoin, but you still pay the platform (not directly to the owner), subscribe you to insurance, take a fee, etc... so the answer is the same as with Airbnb, you end up complaining on Twitter to name and shame a bad host or renter hoping to get the attention of the platforms customer service ;)
