Pinned posts could be treated as a normal post on the home feed (hot, recent, and top). I don't know if you noticed, but if the territory owner pins a post immediately after it is published, the OP will never be able to be zapped.

No, they are limited to territory feeds.

Wouldn't make sense to include them in the home feed since territory pins would conflict.
