Some folks getting nasty side effects. My position is if you have a disease or disability or need to be on other meds that make it very difficult to lose weight via diet and exercise then maybe give Ozempic a shot because carrying around an extra 100lbs won't do you any favours. But otherwise join the 100 push up until 100k challenge.
